Ilija Daov has been practising yoga since 1999 and has since participated in many trainings in Europe and India. His motto is: "Introducing children to yoga and making yoga accessible to them". Because in this day and age, they need yoga very much, but unlike adults, they often cannot decide to practise yoga themselves.
